I have a degree in Chemistry (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro; UFRJ; 2004), a M.Sc, and a Ph.D. in Agrochemistry (Universidade Federal de Lavras; 2009). I work at the Limnology Lab, Macaé, since 2018, where I am involved mainly in physico-chemical analyses of water samples originated from the ecological monitoring of the lakes from Restinga de Jurubatiba National Park, Imboassica Lake and of the Campos-Macaé canal. I am also involved in the studies related to monitoring and restoration of aquatic environments in the Amazon. Furthermore, I also work on the preservation of water and soil materials, equipment calibration, sorting sampled materials, instrumental analyses (HPLC and gas chromatography) and elaboration of analyses protocols. Finally, I am also engaged with waste management and active on the commission for biological safety at NUPEM.
